Outer wood casing shows grime and scattered surface wear. White paint shows some separation in seams and elsewhere. Some grime and yellowing along edges of attached lenses on glass surface within adhesive. One lens has slipped at lower left, showing a trail of adhesive from where it was originally mounted. No evidence of restoration.
