Panel has slightly detached from mount at lower left. Two painted Masonite strips are three-dimensional, and separate from the white background. Dust and grime in crevices. Some scattered light soiling overall, with a faint stain and an associated scuff at center right edge. Some evidence of soiling and a vertical accretion at lower left. Additional faint soiling marks above blue element, and within white pigment at center. Black element shows light wear with a small scuff at center.
