Jean-Claude Bellier confirmed the authenticity of this work in a letter to Monsieur Rossler on May 23, 1979. This work is also accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from La Giraglia Galerie d'Art, signed by M. Rossler on Aug. 4, 1981.
This work will be included in the forthcoming Catalogue Raisonné of Drawings by Camille Pissarro and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Joachim Pissarro.
Toned; matburn; tiny speck of white gouache in the upper left corner; 1 cm spot where the paper is lighter, in the lower left corner; some surface dirt in the lower right corner; tiny spot of foxing in lower left.
